Common Order & Shipping FAQs

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

  • We cover shipping if the item is damaged, faulty, not as described, or if we made a mistake.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping if the return is due to a change of mind or simply because they no longer want the item.
  • Used discs: Discs that have been thrown cannot be returned for a full refund, but we may accept them at a discounted price, as they are no longer considered new.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, often quicker — sometimes even the same day. We work hard to get your discs out and flying as soon as possible!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being processed, though some areas may take a bit longer.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your shipping label is created and your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. Any applicable fees are calculated automatically at checkout so you’ll know the total before completing your purchase.

Do you offer expedited or international shipping?

We offer expedited shipping for faster delivery within the U.S. at checkout. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Do you offer local pickup or in-person shopping?

Not at the moment — we currently operate online only. However, we’re excited to share that an in-person store is in the works and expected to open within the next year!

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be changed or canceled only within a short window before they are processed and shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us right away through our Contact Page. Include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts, promo codes, or rewards?

At this time, first-time customers who sign up for our email subscription will receive 10% off their first purchase. A rewards and loyalty program is in development, but not available just yet — stay tuned for future updates!
